On January 3, PMTA President and CEO Rebecca Oyler announced the promotion of PMTA's long-time TA Agent Wendy Palermo to the role of Operations Manager for the association. 

"Over the years, PMTA members have come to rely on Wendy as a steadfast member of the team and authority for the industry on registration, licensing, and tax issues," said Oyler. "She doggedly advocates for PMTA members and for the industry, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and looking for ways to improve how we serve our customers. Wendy exemplifies PMTA’s mission in her work every day."

In her new capacity, Wendy will be working with PMTA's team to improve and streamline processes in the office. She will be a touchpoint for members by helping to manage the administrative aspects of events, chapters, and committees. She’ll also be working to improve and expand PMTA's affinity partner program. Wendy will continue to provide TA Agent services.

"Wendy has been an invaluable part of the PMTA team for years, and her promotion to Operations Manager reflects her dedication and talent," said Oyler. "I’m confident that, in this new role, Wendy will help us build stronger connections with our members and continue to enhance the value PMTA delivers to the trucking industry."
