Instructions

All PMTA member have a common renewal date of January 1. When the join date is processed after February 1, dues will be prorated for Carriers based on join date. All renewal invoices will be due January 1 of subsequent years for the full annual dues amount.

Dues payments are deductible as business expenses only.

This deduction of amounts paid to PMTA as an ordinary and necessary business expense is subject to limitations imposed as a result of PMTA's lobbying activities. PMTA estimates 10% of your dues and other payments to the Association are non-deductible.

Platinum 151 or More Trucks $4000 Annually

Membership for trucking companies is based on how many trucks the business operates (owned and/or leased). Platinum is for companies with 151 or more trucks.

Gold 75 to 150 Trucks $3200 Annually

Membership for trucking companies is based on how many trucks the business operates (owned and/or leased). Gold is for companies with 75-150 trucks.

Allied Member $800 Annually

Businesses that support the transportation industry and manufacturers of transportation commodities or equipment (Insurance, Attorneys, Consultants, Dealerships, etc.)

Non-Profit Organization (More than five trucks) $525 Annually

Non-profit trucking companies with over five trucks

Non-Profit Organization (five or fewer trucks) $320 Annually

Non-profit trucking companies with five or fewer trucks

Pass Through Carriers $300 Annually

Trucking companies with no physical locations, facilities or terminals in Pennsylvania.

Members with up to 74 trucks

Membership for trucking companies is based on how many trucks the business operates (owned and/or leased). Companies with fewer than 75 trucks are charged $175 + $35 for each truck.

Associate $120 Annually

For employees of companies who already hold membership with PMTA. Please do not select this membership type if your company is new to PMTA.
