Lane E. Brody, Esq., Shareholder
Lane is a Shareholder in Saxton & Stump’s Trucking and Commercial Transportation Group and is also a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. For close to 20 years, Lane has served clients by quickly and diligently evaluating claims in order to make informed decisions on litigation strategies while keeping his client’s best interests as his main focus. He concentrates his practice on the defense of commercial motor vehicles and their insurers as well as a variety of clients in civil litigation matters including general liability and subrogation. Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, Lane was an attorney with a Harrisburg-based firm. Prior to that, he worked for several large Philadelphia law firms. He has taken and defended hundreds of depositions of every type of witness, ranging from plaintiffs and defendants to expert doctors, economists, vocationalists, engineers and accident reconstructionists. Lane has been successful in civil jury trials on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike in both the state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additionally, he has resolved hundreds of cases at mediations, arbitrations, and matters in the Magisterial District Courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
David R. Chludzinski, Senior Partner
David is a member of the firm’s Trucking and Commercial Transportation and Commercial Litigation groups. He is an experienced attorney and litigator working with commercial motor carriers and insurance companies in defending lawsuits against them. He’s worked with trucking companies in the courtroom, in depositions, and has led hundreds of on-site investigations of commercial motor vehicle accidents involving catastrophic injuries and fatalities. In this regard David has had the rare opportunity to counsel clients on the importance of evidence preservation and has shepherded them through the obstacles and tribulations that often result during those events. Best Lawyers named him to its 2024 "Best Lawyers in America" list in the Railroad Law category and he was part of the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers "Rising Stars" list from 2012 to 2019.
