Each year, PennDOT gives PMTA Members the latest information regarding Winter Weather Restrictions in an hour-long webinar. 

PennDOT Maintenance & Technical Leadership Division Chief Dan Whetzel will walk members through winter weather restriction information and highlight changes for the upcoming season. After a presentation, Dan will take questions from attendees.
