All PMTA members are invited to attend the Safety Management Council (SMC) Meetings. After the SMC Board of Directors meets and covers their agenda, a speaker will present on a relevant topic. 

Ken Moore is the founder of Retention Analytics, LLC and creator of MagicMPG, a subscription-based truck routing tool designed to maximize cost efficiency for carriers and drivers. With over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, Ken began his career at A. Duie Pyle in 1999 in West Chester, PA, scanning bills of lading into the company’s system. Since then, he has dedicated most of his career to developing solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support drivers and fleets across North America.

The next evolution in truck aerodynamics won’t come from physical changes to the equipment, but from a smarter, analytical approach to managing the conditions in which a truck operates. This presentation introduces MagicMPG, an advanced routing tool from Retention Analytics that leverages data-driven analysis to reduce fuel consumption, avoid costly delays, and improve overall efficiency. We’ll explore how routing analytics not only drives measurable savings but also opens new opportunities in logistics optimization, safety performance, and driver retention.
