Tune in for our annual webinar to learn the latest on PennDOT's winter weather framework and plans for managing Pennsylvania's winter on the roads this year. 

Dan Whetzel, Division Chief, Maintenance Technical Leadership Division, PennDOT Bureau of Operations, will walk members through winter weather restriction information and highlight changes for the upcoming season. We will also hear from the Pennsylvania State Police and the Pennsylvania Transportation Commission. 

After the presentation, there will be time for questions.
