Most U.S. businesses will have to file ownership reporting due to a new federal law. 

In general, existing reporting companies created or registered to do business in the U.S. before January 1, 2024, must submit initial reports by January 1, 2025. 

Kathy Granbois and Andy Walls with Saxton & Stump will give a presentation on the new requirement, covering what most businesses will have to report and how to do so.
