Anthony Cloud is the Director of Safety and Education for the Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association (PMTA), where he leads statewide safety initiatives focused on motor carrier compliance, driver management, and fleet safety performance. A former law enforcement officer and accident investigator, Anthony brings practical investigative insight to transportation safety. He regularly works with carriers, regulators, and industry leaders to strengthen safety culture and regulatory understanding across Pennsylvania’s trucking industry.
