All PMTA members are invited to attend the Safety Management Council (SMC) Meetings. After the SMC Board of Directors meets and covers their agenda, a speaker will present on a relevant topic. A TDC Committee meeting will follow.

In this session, Idelic's Founder and Chief Innovation Officer, Hayden Cardiff, will discuss how predictive analytics and other game-changing safety technologies have emerged in recent years, helping fleets pinpoint risks before they turn into accidents or downtime. We’ll explore the very real drawbacks for companies that fail to leverage the data from these new systems, from lagging behind competitors to suffering preventable losses. Most importantly, we’ll demonstrate how using these insights strategically not only drives better safety outcomes but also fosters a more agile, profitable business. Speaker bio

Hayden Cardiff is the Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Idelic, a company leveraging AI and machine learning to improve safety and risk management for trucking fleets and insurers. He previously co-founded Hyliion, a leader in hybrid electrification for trucks, and consulted for Pitt Ohio Express while completing his MBA at Carnegie Mellon. Hayden has also held leadership roles in the American Trucking Association (ATA), National Private Truck Council (NPTC), and Truckload Carriers Association (TCA), where he continues to drive innovation in fleet safety through technology.
